SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1. Make a monthly report with quarterly and annual performance evaluation.
2. Develop a strategic annual plan
3. Procure affordable facilities and equipment
(mobile baptistry, kitchen wares, LPG and 2 gas burner stove, towing rope, cabinet with lock,etc.)
4. Encourage & recruit skilled voluntary workers and hire interns by sourcing out from graduates of Bible training institutes.
5. Scheduling and spreading of available families to Tuao, Nangalisan, Cabanatuan and Bokod.
6. a. Increase funds by encouraging Midtown members to contribute to the missions.
b. Develop partnership with able congregations locally & overseas.
7. Provide trainings to equip recruited and potential workers.
8. Counsel, guide and correct erring members in the mission areas.
9. Renew commitment of MOM volunteer workers for 2011.
10. Define specific works and duties and set boundaries between MOM and Bokod COC.
11.Facilitate SEC registration of Bokod COC lot..
12.Tap ministries of other Baguio congregations like VBS of AHill COC, campus ministry of Center Point COC and livelihood projects of Midtown members.
13.Hire full time worker to train local preachers when funds are available preferably a couple.
14.Periodic maintenance and repair of van for safe transport of volunteer workers and brethren.
ACTION PLAN
1)Identify and set calendar dates
2)a. Select a venue that is comfortable and away from distractions for annual assessment & planning
b. Review previous meeting minutes & performance appraisal of the past year facilitated by MOM chairperson .
c. Identify key leaders involved along with their expertise and involve local leaders in the mission areas: Bokod (Banao,Penged,Pito, Poblacion), Tuao, Nangalisan, Cabanatuan,Negros and Isabela.
3) Delegates a member to make an inventory of existing facilities, equipment, supplies and lists lacking facilities, supplies and equipment needed in the mission places. Lacking facilities and equipment to be purchased when funds are available.
4) Chairman/asst. chairman prepares letter of request & coordinates with Bible training institutions
b. Give honorarium to skilled voluntary workers and screen interns.
5.Assign a member to list voluntary families/workers and prepare a master list schedule (Tuao -2x a year, Nangalisan-every 2 months, Cabanatuan-once/yr, Bokod (Wednesdays & Sundays per week)
6.a.Motivate Midtown members to donate to the mission (cash or in kinds) b. Bonding with interested congregations (local, overseas) to help in the mission outreach ministry.
7.a.List possible topics & prioritize in accordance with the needs of the mission areas. b. Select speaker from Midtown and other Baguio congregations to train interested MOM members to train local leaders (men, women, young people).
8.a. Conduct prayer meetings, encourage, advise and be a model to the erring members.
9. Scheduling and spreading volunteer workers in the mission areas to lessen workload b. Encourage members to continue commitment and provide honorarium depending on availability of funds.
10.Develop regulations and policies for MOM workers and Bokod members on responsibilities.
11.Delegate and follow-up SEC registration of Bokod COC
12.Develop training programs and coordinate with skilled MOM members on livelihood projects and tap other Baguio congregations on VBS and campus ministry.
13. Recruit and screen potential full time preacher preferably a couple from Bible institutes
14. Regular check-up (before, during, after use) and repair of vehicle.
b. Set aside funds for maintenance of van.
